The size and length of the shoes are actually correct, but unfortunately, the material at the back of the shoe is far too soft and does not provide enough support around the heel. As a result, my feet keep slipping out while walking, making the shoes feel as though they are too big, even though the length is perfectly fine.
The issue is really the lack of structure and grip at the back of the shoe, which prevents them from staying securely on my feet and makes them quite uncomfortable to wear.
